Members are informed that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Edirimana Corea Family Union (ECFU) is to be held on Sunday, 26/07/2015 at the Orient Club, No. 01, Rajakeeya Mawatha, Colombo 07.
The adoption of a revised constitution proposed by the Executive Committee is also on the Agenda. The draft revised Constitution has been circulated to the membership by post along with the Notice of AGM. If any member has not received a copy of same and requires one, please get in touch with Mrs. Patsy Abayasekara, Hony Secretary (contact particulars in Notice of AGM below) high power laser pointer and request same.
The meeting commences at 9:00am, to be followed by a scrumptious lunch and a time of fellowship for the membership.
As lunch is to be provided at a subsidised rate, please take steps to confirm participation early, as required. Please see the Notice of AGM below, for details.
