Ranmal Goonetilleke and his wife Sandamali Kooragoda-Goonetilleke were blessed on Friday, 17/04/2015 with a baby boy (the couple's fourth child), at Joseph Frazer Memorial Hospital, Colombo 05. They have named the baby Diyen.
Ranmal, who has been an active member of the ECFU committee for a number of years, is the younger son of Lakshman Goonetilleke and his wife Malini Corea (daughter of late Edward and Dagmar Corea). Sandamali is the daughter of late Sirisena Kooragoda and Mallika Kooragoda.
The baby becomes the latest great-great-grandchild of Gate Mudaliyar James Edward Corea and his wife, Frances Eleanor Terentia Ameresekera.
